After almost a decade in Marketing Communications, I found myself drawn over and over again towards user-centered design projects. I decided to pursue a graduate degree in UX Design, graduating in 2023 from the Maryland Institute College of Arts with an MPS in UX Design.
During this time I worked with Experis User Research Solutions, moderating a lab-based User Research study on behalf of Meta.
Since the study wrapped up, I have been volunteering my time and UX expertise with two organizations dedicated to building community-centered apps for the good of all, DemocracyLab and Dev Launchers
Case study showcasing the work I did as part of an in-class team. I took point on all research, brand design, and creating the design system we used when building the app in Figma.

For my degree capstone, I designed a website that would help conscientious and religiously-restricted consumers connect with local farmers to buy local and eco-conscious meat.
